| 目的 观察苦参碱注射液对泛发性脓疱型银屑病的临床疗效及对外周血肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的影响。方法 对31例住院患者予苦参碱注射液120mg静脉滴注日一次及中药犀角地黄汤口服进行治疗,观察其临床疗效,中医症状评分的变化,并采用酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)检测治疗前后血清TNF-α的水平。结果 苦参碱注射液治疗能迅速明显改善脓疱型银屑病的临床症状,各中医症状评分较治疗前均有明显改善(P＜0.05),治疗后TNF-α水平明显下降,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论 苦参碱注射液可通过降低血清TNF-α水平,从而起到治疗泛发性脓疱型银屑病的作用,起效迅速,安全有效。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on generalized pustular psoriasis treated with Matrine injection and impacts on TNF-α Methods 31 cases of Generalized pustular psoriasis were treated with Matrine injection (120mg /day) and oral administration of Xijiaodihuangtang , clinical symptoms and the scores of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) were observed before and after treatment．ELISA was adopted to detect the levels of serum TNF-α before and after treatment separately．Results Matrine injection relieved apparently the clinical symptoms of generalized pustular psoriasis and improves the scores of the symptoms in TCM after treatment as compared with those before treatment(P<0．05)．The levels of TNF-α were reduced apparently after treatement,indicating the significant difierence as compared with that before treatment(P<0．01)．Conclusion Matrine injection reduces the levels of serum TNF-α．which plays the role in the treatment of generalized pustular psoriasis,with Fast acting, high safety and exact effect. |
