| 目的 通过检测再生障碍性贫血患者外周血粒、红细胞表面锚定蛋白CD55、CD59的表达以及血清补体C3、C4的变化,探讨其在再生障碍性贫血发生、发展中的作用。 方法 运用流式细胞仪对81例再障患者和31例对照人群外周血粒、红细胞CD55、CD59表达进行检测,同时通过免疫比浊方法对血清补体C3、C4进行检测。结果 再障组外周血粒、红细胞CD55、CD59(91.92±17.72、93.83±9.17；94.54±7.88、93.06±15.28)与对照组(99.28±0.69、97.88±2.20；97.92±1.40、97.85±1.67)相比,显著下降(p<0.05)；补体C3、C4(0.86±0.11；0.20±0.05)较对照组(1.03±0.26；0.30±0.10)相比,显著降低。 结论 再生障碍性贫血患者外周血粒、红细胞表面锚蛋白CD55和CD59表达缺失,补体数量下降,其介导的体液免疫功能异常可能是再障发生、发展的一种因素。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the expressions of CD55/CD59 and the changes of C3/C4 in patients with aplastic anemia. Methods The expressions of CD55/CD59 in the peripheral erythrocytes and granulocytes and the levels of C3/C4 in serum were detected in 81 patients with aplastic anemia ,compared with the normal control group. Results Compared with the normal group, the expressions of CD55/CD59 in the peripheral erythrocytes and granulocytes in patients with aplastic anemia decreased. The levels of C3/C4 in the patients with aplastic anemia were lower than the normal group. Conclusion The expressions of CD55/CD59 and the levels of C3/C4 in serum were decreased and in patients with aplastic anemia, and by which mediated humoral immune response was probably the one Mechanism of the occurence of aplastic anemia. |
