| 目的 观察楼丽华用“温通法”对乳痈的临床疗效。方法 前瞻、随机收集乳痈病例100例，40例病例用温通法阳和汤加减治疗、30例病例用清热解毒法瓜蒌牛蒡汤治疗、30例病例用抗菌法青霉素治疗，观察并分别记录患者在治疗前、治疗后第1周、第2周、第3周及第4周的全身症状及体征、血象、乳房B超的变化，治疗结束后运用疗效积分评价参考标准进行疗效评价。结果 阳和汤组在治疗乳痈时疗效明显优于瓜蒌牛蒡汤和青霉素组(97.50%比83.33% , 97.50%比86.67%)。结论 乳痈的病人有相当一部分并未感染细菌，青霉素在治疗乳痈中并不是必须药物。温通法配合穿刺治疗乳痈是中医治疗乳痈的最好方法之一。 |

| Objective TO observe the therapeutic effects of the method of warming and Obstruction-removing Therapy to Cure Carbuncle of Breast. Methods A total of 100 cases were enrolled in breast department of Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of TCM from December 2013 to December 2014 and analyzed on their clinical situation and laboratory tests in quantizing integral evaluation standard.40 patients were treated using yanghe decoction,30 cases using trichosanthes burdock soup and the 30 other patients using penicillin treatment.A Comparative Analysis was made of patients’clinical situation, blood tests and Breast B-ultrasonography before the treatment,one weeks,two weeks,three weeks and four weeks after the treatment. Results After treating from one to four weeks,the cure rate of yanghe decoction group was 87.5%,60.00% in trichosanthes burdock soup group,together with 66.67% in penicillin group.Additionally, the total cure rates were 97.50% for yanghe decoction group,83.33% for trichosanthes burdock soup group,and 86.67% for penicillin group.The total curative effect of these three groups had significant difference. Conclusion 1. Warming and obstruction-removing therapy combined with puncturing is one of the best way to cure carbuncle of breast. 2. The curative effect of yanghe decoction group is obviously better than trichosanthes burdock soup group and penicillin group. 3. The penicillin isn’t necessary in treating carbuncle of breast. 4. A substantial portion of carbuncle of breast patients aren’t infected by bacterium . |
