| 目的 研究抗结核药物对泪膜功能的影响 方法 前瞻性自身对照研究。对60例首次诊断为结核病的患者在进行抗结核治疗前予干眼症状评分,并进行泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌试验、角膜荧光素染色和结膜印记细胞学检查,在用药2个月后复查以上指标,比较用药前后干眼症状评分和各项检查指标的变化。结果 用药前和用药后2个月,SIT结果分别为(11.87±5.34)mm及(10.98±4.36)mm,差异无明显统计学意义(P＞0.05)。用药2个月后BUT从(12.14±3.26)秒缩短为(6.14±2.25)秒,用药前后比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。经结膜印迹细胞检查,患者球结膜杯状细胞平均密度从(236±21.34)个/mm2减少到(130.23±34.25)个/mm2,两者差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。而荧光素染色检查,用药前评分为1.54±2.12,用药2个月后增加为2.34±1.23,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。干眼症状评分用药后上升,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。干眼的患病率在抗结核治疗前为15%(9/60),抗结核治疗2个月后上升为35%(21/60)。结论 抗结核药物对泪膜有影响,服用后可导致干眼发病率上升。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of anti-tubercle medicine on tear film. Methods This was a prospective case-control study. Sixty preliminary tubercular patients were chosen and the subjective complains of dry eye,tear break-up time(BUT),corneal fluorescein staining ,Schirmer I test (SIT) value and impression cytology were analyzed before taking anti-tubercle medicine and after two months . Results There was no significant difference in the SIT value before and after anti-tubercle therapy(P＞0.05) .Comparing with the data before taking anti-tubercle medicine , the tear break-up time and the number of goblet cells were decreased significantly after therapy(both P＜0.01),but the complaints of dry eye and the corneal fluorsecein staining score greatly increased(P＜0.05,P﹤0.01). And the incidence of dry eye was increased from 15% to 30% after taking anti-tubercle medicine for two months. Conclusions The tear film had a significant changes and the incidence of dry eye increased after therapy of anti-tubercle medicine . |
