| 随着我国居民膳食结构和生活方式的改变,非酒精性脂肪肝病的发病率逐年上升,而且呈现年轻化趋势。药物干预、生活方式改变以及肠道菌群调节在非酒精性脂肪肝病的健康管理中各有优势。本文通过文献查阅及临床实践分析,对非酒精性脂肪肝病管理的方法进行综述,希望能够为非酒精脂肪肝病的治疗和管理提供理论指导。 |

| with the diet structure and the life style change of our country residents, the incidence of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease increased year by year, and showed the trend of younger. drug intervention, Change the way of lifestyle and intestinal microflora regulation has the advantage of the health management in non alcoholic fatty liver disease. Through the analysis of literature and clinical practice, summarized the method of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease management, hoping to provide theoretical guidance for the therapy and the health management of nonalcoholic fatty liver. |
