| 目的：观察中药益骨汤联合密盖息治疗老年性骨质疏松性疼痛的疗效。方法：将2013年6月到2014年6月在浙江中医药大学附属第三医院骨伤科门诊就诊的90例老年性骨质疏松性疼痛患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各45例,治疗组以中药益骨汤为主方,并随症加减,同时予密盖息肌注。对照组予密盖息肌注。连续3个月,比较两组患者疼痛缓解情况。结果：1.两组治疗后随访1个月、3个月疼痛评分均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2. 两组疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：中药益骨汤联合密盖息与单纯用密盖息比较,中药益骨汤联合密盖息在治疗骨质疏松性疼痛方面,具有更好的镇痛效果。 |

| Objective：To observe the curative cffect of Yigu Decoction Combined with Salcatonin Injection in Treatment of Osteoporotic Pain.Methods： 90 patients of osteoporosis pain were randomly divided into treatment group and control group on March 2013 to January 2014 at the Orthopedic Clinic of Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the treatment group is treaed by Yigu Decoction and subtraction with the disease,at the same time Intramuscular injection of Salcatonin Injection. The control group is treated by Salcatonin Injection. Consecutive three months, two groups were compared pain relief.Results：1., Follow-up one month, three months the pain scores of the two groups is decreased after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), and the treatment group lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).2. Comparison of twogroups, the treatment group better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion：Yigu Decoction Combined with Salcatonin Injection has the better analgesic effect in treatment of Osteoporotic Pain Compare with Salcatonin Injection. |
