| 目的：评估钛缆限制环结合克氏针张力带治疗累及下极的髌骨粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法：针对14例累及下极的髌骨粉碎性骨折患者,采用钛缆限制环结合克氏针张力带内固定法进行治疗。术后随访,定期行X线片及膝关节功能测评,评价钛缆限制环结合克氏针张力带技术,治疗累及髌骨下极粉碎性骨折的临床效果。结果：术后对所有患者进行12-18个月随访,平均16个月。除一例患者发生1根内固定克氏针局部松动外,其他患者均获得良好的骨折愈合及满意的膝关节活动。结论：钛缆限制环结合克氏针张力带治疗累及下极的髌骨粉碎性骨折,固定可靠,术后能早期进行功能锻炼,有效防止膝关节僵硬及失用性肌萎缩,临床治疗效果佳,能够为累及下极的髌骨粉碎性骨折患者带来良好的满意度。 |

| Objective: to explore the clinical effect of limited loop in the treatment of comminuted fracture with patellar inferior pole.Methods: 14 patients with inferior patellar pole comminuted fracture were selected and treated with open reduction and internal fixation of limited loop.Postoperative follow-up, X ray and knee joint function score were used as regular measure to evaluate the clinical effect for the fixation technology of limited loop.Results: all patients after surgery were achieved 12 to 18 months follow-up, average 16 months.In addition to one case occured needle loose,other patients healed well and obtained satisfactory knee join activity. Conclusion: the treatment of comminuted fracture with inferior patellar pole by fixation with limited loop can win early postoperative function exercise,effectively prevent the knee joint stiffness and disuse muscular atrophy. Bring good satisfaction for patients and the Clinical treatment effect is reliable. |
