| 目的：观察荷丹片对H型高血压合并血脂异常患者的影响；方法：将100例H型高血压合并血脂异常的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组50例,采用常规西药治疗,治疗组50例,在常规治疗基础上加载荷丹片,2月后观察疗效。结果：荷丹片组患者与对照组比较,血清同型半胱氨酸浓度显著降低(P＜0.05),血脂疗效增强(P＜0.05),降压疗效无显著性差异(P＞0.05)。结论：荷丹片具有降脂和降低血清同型半胱氨酸的作用,可应用与H型高血压合并血脂异常的患者。 |

| Objective: To observe the effect of Hedan tablet on H-type hypertension patients with dyslipidemia. methods: 100 H-type hypertension patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, the treatment group was treated with Hedan tablet on the basis of control group. After two months of treatment, serum homocysteine, blood lipid and blood pressure were detected. Results: Compared with the control group, the concentration of serum homocysteine and blood lipid was significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and blood pressure had no significant difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Hedan tablet plays a significant role in lowering blood lipid and serum homocysteine, and it can be used to treat patients with the H-type hypertension and dyslipidemia. |
