| 目的 系统性评价生脉注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭(congestive heart failure, CHF)的临床疗效。方法 查阅万方数据库(WANGFANGDATA)、中国知网数据库(CNKI)和维普数据库(VIP),查找关于生脉注射液(研究组)与传统方法(对照组)治疗CHF的随机对照研究,采用Meta分析两组的显效率、总有效率、脑钠尿肽(brain natriuretic peptide, BNP)和左室射血分数(EF),采用倒漏斗形图(Funnel plot)分析发表性偏倚。结果 14项研究纳入本研究,包括样本数1008例,其中研究组510例,对照组498例。Meta分析结果显示研究组和对照组的显效率(OR=2.32, 95%CI 1.78-3.02, Z=6.23, P<0.00001)、总有效率(OR=4.11, 95%CI 2.81-6.01, Z=7.30, P<0.00001)、BNP(WMD=－82.52, 95%CI －93.43-－71.62, Z=14.83, P<0.00001)和EF(WMD=11.93, 95%CI 10.45-13.42, Z=15.75, P<0.00001)比较差异均具有统计学意义。结论 在传统治疗基础上联合使用生脉注射液,能明显提高临床疗效、改善心功能、提高EF和降低BNP。 |

| Objective To systemic evaluate the curative effect of Shengmai injection in the treatment of congestive heart failure (CHF). Method The random-controlled studies about Shengmai injection (study group) and traditional method (control group) in the treatment of CHF were searched from databases of WANGFANGDATA, CNKI and VIP. The marked improvement rate, total effective rate, levels of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) were compared by Meta analysis. The publication bias was analyzed by funnel plot graphics. Results 14 studies included in this study, including a sample of 1008 cases with 510 cases in study groupand 498 cases in control group. Meta analysis showed that the two groups produced significant differences in the marked improvement rate (OR = 2.32, 95% CI 1.78 - 3.02, Z = 6.23, P < 0.00001), the total effective rate (OR = 4.11, 95% CI 2.81-6.01, Z = 7.30, P < 0.00001), BNP (WMD = 82.52, 95% CI 93.43-71.62, Z = 14.83, P < 0.00001), and EF (WMD = 11.93, 95% CI 10.45 - 13.42, Z = 15.75, P < 0.00001). Conclusion Shengmai injection combined with conventional treatment on CHF, can significantly improve the clinical curative effect, improve heart function, improve the EF and reduce the BNP. |
