| 目的：研究中西医结合疗法对卧床患者的D二聚体的影响及临床疗效。方法：将113例患者随机分为三组,分别是对照I组、对照Ⅱ组和联合组。对照I组37例、对照Ⅱ组38例以及联合组38例。对照I组37例给予低分子肝素钠(5000IU皮下注射,1次/日)治疗；对照Ⅱ组38例给予加味桃红四物汤口服。联合组38例采用中西药结合疗法：予低分子肝素钠(5000IU皮下注射,1次/日)＋加味桃红四物汤口服。两周后对比临床疗效,并对其结果分析。结果：联合组较对照I组和对照Ⅱ组的D二聚体明显降低,具有临床效果差异(P<0.01),具有统计学意义。结论：中西医结合疗法能有效降低卧床患者的D二聚体水平,从而减少其深静脉血栓的发生机率,并且其疗效明显优于单纯使用中药、或西药的效果,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective:To Study the effect and clinical therapeutic effect of bedridden patients’D-dimer with integrated Chinese and Western therapy.Methods: 113 patients were randomly divided into three groups, respectively is the I control group, control group II and combination group. Control group I 37 cases, the control group II of 38 cases and 38 cases of combined group. Control group I treated with low molecular heparin sodium (5000IU/d subcutaneous injection,once a day); the control group II treated with modified TaoHongSiWu Decoction. The combined group treated with the combination of Chinese and Western medicine therapy:low molecular heparin (5000IU/d subcutaneous injection,once a day) + Modified TaoHongSiWu Decoction. To compare the clinical efficacy analysis the result after two weeks.Results:The effect of combined group compare with the control group I and control group II D-dimer is significantly reduced,the difference statistically significance(P<0.01).Conclusion:The therapy of Integrated Chinese and Western medicine can reduce the bedridden patients D-dimer level effectively, reduce the incident of the deep vein thrombosis, and its curative effect is obviously superior than the single use of traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine, so it worthy of clinical application. |
