| 目的 观察经筋正骨推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效及安全性。方法 选择杭州市中医院门诊神经根型颈椎病患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组行McKenzie疗法,治疗组采用经筋正骨手法治疗,每周治疗3次,共治疗3周。治疗后对两组患者治疗优良率、临床症状和体征评分进行测定。结果 治疗后两组优良率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。治疗前后两组患者临床症状和体征评分差值中,颈项痛、头痛、颈项压痛及颈椎活动受限方面,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组有一定优势,余差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论 经筋正骨推拿治疗本病临床有效,与临床疗效确切的McKenzie疗法相比,还能更好的改善颈项痛等临床症状,临床可联合开展使用。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Jingjin orthopedics massage on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy (CSR). Methods 80 CSR patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group accepted McKenzie therapy. The treatment group was treated with Jingjin orthopedics massage 3 times a week for a total of 3 weeks. Superior rates, clinical symptom and function scores will be measured after the completion of treatment. Results There was no significant difference in superior rates between two groups(P＞0.05).On the other side, some important parts of clinical symptom and function score in the treatment group were improved significantly comparing to control group(P<0.05) including neck pain, neck disability index, et al. Conclusion Jingjin orthopedics massage can alleviate the symptoms of CSR patients effectively. |
