| 目的：观察黄芪桂枝五物汤合当归芍药散治疗乳腺癌术后患者上肢水肿的临床疗效。方法：选取2011年3 月～2015年3 月期间就诊于我科的乳腺癌术后上肢水肿患者80例,随机分为实验组(中药口服+肢体锻炼+肢体气压治疗)、对照组(肢体锻炼+肢体气压治疗)各40例,治疗4周后,对比两组患者上肢周径变化情况、上肢水肿变化情况、上肢疼痛变化情况以及肩关节活动变化情况。结果：(1)上肢周径变化情况：实验组总有效率92.5%,对照组总有效率80%,实验组明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)；(2)上肢水肿变化情况：实验组总有效率67.5%,对照组总有效率62.5%,实验组明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)；(3)上肢疼痛变化情况：实验组总有效率为75%,对照组总有效率30%,实验组优于对照组(P＜0.05)；(4)肩关节活动变化情况：实验组在总体上、前屈、后伸、内收方面优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：黄芪桂枝五物汤合当归芍药散中药口服,配合肢体功能锻炼和气压治疗,可以明显改善乳腺癌术后患者的水肿症状,缓解疼痛,利于肩关节活动的恢复。 |

| Objective: To observe the effect of Huangqi Guizhi Decoction of five ingredients with Danggui Shaoyao powder clinical efficacy in patients with upper limb edema in the treatment of breast cancer after operation. Methods: from 2011 March to 2015 March in our department during the period of postoperative breast cancer patients with upper extremity edema in 80 cases, were randomly divided into experimental group (oral medicine + physical exercise + body pressure treatment), control group (physical exercise + body pressure treatment) of the 40 cases, after 4 weeks of treatment, compared two groups of patients the changes of upper limb circumference, upper limb edema, upper limb pain and shoulder activity changes. Results: (1) the change of circumference of upper limb: the experimental group, the total efficiency of 92.5%, the total efficiency of the control group 80%, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group (P < 0.05); (2) upper limb edema changes: in the experimental group, the total efficiency of 67.5%, the total efficiency of the control group 62.5%, the experimental group was better than control group (P < 0.05); (3) upper limb pain changes: in the experimental group, the total effective rate was 75%, the total efficiency of the control group 30%, the experimental group than the control group (P < 0.05); (4) shoulder activity changes: experimental group in general, flexion, extension, adduction is superior the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Huangqi Guizhi Decoction of five ingredients with Danggui Shaoyao powder oral medicine, limb function exercise and pressure treatment, can significantly improve the postoperative breast cancer patients with symptoms of edema, relieve pain, conducive to the recovery of shoulder joint. |
