| 目的：观察面部邻近部位皮瓣在外鼻部分组织缺损中的修复效果。方法：39例因外伤或鼻部肿瘤术后造成外鼻部分组织缺损患者,在局麻或全麻下清除创面或病变组织,选取面部邻近部位皮瓣进行修复。结果：39例患者皮瓣全部成活,受区、供区Ⅰ期愈合,患者较满意。术后随访6~18个月,患者鼻外观良好,无明显瘢痕及畸形,修复组织触觉、痛觉存在,色泽、质地、光化性损害程度与周围皮肤组织相似。鼻部生理功能正常。随访期内鼻部肿瘤无复发。结论：应用面部邻近部位皮瓣修复外鼻部分组织缺损效果良好,遵循鼻部美学分区,皮瓣设计合理,鼻外形美观,无明显畸形及继发性瘢痕形成,患者对修复结果较满意。 |

| Objective: To observe the effects of the skin flap from adjacent maxillofacial area in repairing coloboma of external nose tissue. Methods: 39 cases of nasal tissue defects due totumors or trauma surgery were debrided or removed the lesion tissue under local or general anesthesia, and be repaired by the skin flap of adjacent maxillofacial area. Results: All 39 skin flaps survived, and the patients were satisfied. With 6 to 18 moths postoperative follow-up, the nasal appearance were good, no obvious scars and deformities, the tactile and pain sensation of the repaired tissue were exist, the tissue and its surrounding skin were similar in color and lustre, texture and extent of actinic damage. The physiological function of the nose was normal. No nasal tumor recurrence within the follow-up period. Conclusion: The application of the skin flap from adjacent maxillofacial area in repairing external nose tissue defects has good effects, following the partition of nasal aesthetics, the skin flaps were designed reasonable, and the nasal appearance were beautiful, no obvious deformities and secondary scars, and the patients were satisfied with the reparation. |
