| 激素依赖性皮炎是因长期反复不当的外用糖皮质激素引起的皮炎,临床上主要表现为长期用药后留下色素沉着(减退)、毛细血管扩张、多毛、脓疱等症状,伴有刺痛、烧灼感。目前西医治疗以口服抗过敏药物、局部外用免疫抑制剂为主,本文介绍余土根教授治疗激素依赖性皮炎的临床经验。 |

| Hormone-dependent dermatitis is a dermatitis caused by long-term repeated improper topical corticosteroids. Its main clinical symptoms arepigmentation (loss) after long-term medication,telangiectasia, hirsutism, pustules and other symptoms, accompanied by tingling, burning sensation. Oral antihistamine and topical immunosuppressants is the major treatment of Western medicine. This paper describes the clinical experience of the treatment of hormone-dependent dermatitis of Professor Yu Tugen. |
