| 目的 本文综述了中医药在急性胰腺炎诊疗方面的研究进展,指出存在的问题,并对其前景进行展望。方法 检索中国知网、重庆维普、万方数据等相关数据库,对中医药诊断治疗急性胰腺炎的相关文献进行总结。结果 中医病因病机、辨证分型在急性胰腺炎方面的理论丰富；中医药治疗方法多样,具有很好的疗效,但分期序贯论治的相关研究较少；中医药药理研究处于不断深入阶段。结论中医药参与急性胰腺炎治疗的临床疗效已得到医学界的普遍认可,中医药价格低廉、不良反应少、可多途径、多靶点作用于全身各组织器官,对AP并发全身炎性反应造成的其他脏器损害也具有显著疗效,因此值得进一步发展和推广。 |

| Objective This paper reviewed the research progress of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the diagnosis and treatment of Acute Pancreatitis(AP), points out the existing problems and look forward to its prospect. Methods Searched CNKI, Chongqing VIP, Wanfang Data and other related databases to summarized the relevant literatures of TCM diagnosis and treatment in AP. Results The TCM pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation in the AP had rich theories; Varied TCM treatment methods have very good curative effect, but less relevant research involved sequential treatments; Study of TCM pharmacology of AP in the deepening stage. Conclusion The role of TCM in the treatment of AP has been increasingly recognized by the medical profession. It has the advantages of low price and less adverse reaction, which also has good effect on the tissues and organs in multi-ways. It is worthy of further development and promotion. |
