| 目的 探讨黄芪多糖与三七总皂苷配伍对糖尿病肾病大鼠肾脏的保护作用。方法 通过腹腔注射链脲佐菌素建立糖尿病大鼠肾病模型,将糖尿病肾病模型大鼠随机分为模型对照组、黄芪多糖组、三七总皂苷组、黄芪多糖与三七总皂苷配伍组、贝那普利组, 每天给药 1 次,连续给药 8 周。8 周后测定大鼠 24 h 尿总蛋白,血糖,血肌酐和尿素氮;并对肾脏进行病理组织学检查。结果 与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠 24h 尿总蛋白、血糖、血肌酐和尿素氮显著升高(P﹤0.01);病理组织学检查可见模型组大鼠肾小球基底膜增厚,肾小管出现大量炎症细胞浸润,间质纤维化;与模型组比较,黄芪多糖组大鼠的尿蛋白、血糖和肌酐含量明显下降(P﹤0.05);三七总皂苷组大鼠的血糖和肌酐含量下降(P﹤0.05);黄芪多糖和三七总皂苷配伍组大鼠的尿蛋白、血糖、肌酐和尿素氮含量均明显下降(P﹤0.01)。各给药组肾脏病理改变均有不同程度的改善。结论 黄芪多糖与三七总皂苷配伍对糖尿病肾病大鼠的肾脏具有保护作用,其作用优于黄芪多糖和三七总皂苷单用组。 |

| Objective To investigate effect of Astragalus Polysaccharides(APS) combined with Panax Notoginseng saponins(PNS)on kidney of rats with diabetic nephropathy. Methods Diabetic nephropathy was induced by intraperitoneal injection streptozotocin. The diabetic rats were randomly divided into model group, APS group, PNS group, PNS combined with APS group, benazepril group. Rats were administered intragastrically daily for 8 weeks. urinary protein level in 24 h, blood sugar, blood creatinine and urea nitrogen level and histopathological examination of the kidney were determined. Results urinary protein level in 24 h, blood glucose, creatinine and urea nitrogen level in rats in the model group were significantly higher than those in normal control group(P﹤0.05), Histopathological examination showed glomerular basement membrane thickening, tubular appear a large number of inflammatory cell infiltration, interstitial fibrosis. Astragalus polysaccharide could reduce urinary protein, blood glucose and creatinine content(P﹤0.05). Panax Notoginseng saponins could decrease blood glucose and creatinine content(P﹤0.05), urinary protein, blood glucose, creatinine and urea nitrogen content were lowed in compatibility group than those in model group(P﹤0.05) . Renal pathological changes have greatly improved in the treatment group. Conclusion The results showed that APS combined with PNS had protective effect on kidney of with diabetic nephropathy, the effect of APS combined with PNS on kidney of rats with diabetic nephropathy was better than that of APS and PNS alone. |
