| 目的：研究子宫内膜异位症中医证型分布情况,揭示其证候分布规律。方法：基于证候形成规律,根据中医辨证标准,结合临床实际拟定肾虚瘀结型、气虚血瘀型、气滞血瘀型、寒凝瘀滞型、痰瘀互结型五个证型。通过244例子宫内膜异位症患者证型分布情况的统计分析,探讨本病证型分布规律。结果：1. 子宫内膜异位症各证型分布有差异(P<0.05),气滞血瘀型为主者占45.49%。2.其他各证型间病例分布无统计学差异(P>0.05 )。结论：子宫内膜异位症辨证分型以肾虚瘀结型、气虚血瘀型、气滞血瘀型、寒凝瘀滞型、痰瘀互结型五个证型为主,其中又以气滞血瘀型为多,提示“血瘀”在子宫内膜异位症中的本质地位。 |

| Objective: To observe the distribution of different TCM syndrome types of Endometriosis according to Chinese traditional medic pattern identification. Methods:244 cases of Endometriosis were divided into five groups according to different syndrome types of TCM: the type of Kidney Asthenia and Blood Stasis ,the type of deficiency of Qi and Blood Stasis ,the type of Stagnation of Qi and Blood Stasis, the type of Cold Coagulation and Blood Stagnation, the type of Phlegm and Blood Stasis ,the type of Stagnation of Qi and Blood Stasis due to injure .Through analyzing, this study explored the distribution of different TCM syndrome types of Endometriosis .Results: ①The Endometriosis was not equally divided into the five TCM syndrome types ( P < 0. 05) , the type of Stagnation of Qi and Blood Stasis was the highest(45.49% ). ②The other four TCM syndrome types shared not different rates of Endometriosis ( P> 0. 05).Conclusion: ①the type of Stagnation of Qi and Blood Stasis was the main syndrome of Endometriosis .②Blood stasis may explain some reason for the Endometriosis |
