| 目的 提高对应激性心肌病的认识，为临床诊疗提供理论支持。方法 报道2例在我科诊治的的应激性心肌病病例，同时结合文献进行复习，进一步阐述其发病机制，临床表现及治疗。结论 应激性心肌病是一种急性一过性类似急性冠脉综合征，但冠脉造影阴性或无显著意义的心脏疾病，临床医师应提高对此疾病的认识，使该病患者得到适时及有效的治疗。 |

| 【Abstract】Objective To improve the understanding of the stress cardiomyopathy , and provide theoretical support for the clinical diagnosis and treatment . Methods: Reported two cases of stress cardiomyopathy recently and combined with a large number of documents to explain its pathogenesis, clinical manifestations and treatment . Conclusions: Stress cardiomyopathy is a newly recognized acute transient heart disease. Its dynamic ECG changes are similar with acute coronary syndrome and its myocardial enzymes mildly elevat. But it have negative coronary angiography. Clinicians should raise awareness of the disease, and make timely and effective treatment in patients with the disease. |
