| 目的：研究膝骨性关节炎抗炎药治疗的最新研究进展。方法：查阅中国知网上近10年的相关文献,结合国内外骨关节炎治疗指南,对膝骨关节炎抗炎药机制、临床应用进行分析。结果：抗炎药治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效较好,但副作用较多。结论：抗炎药治疗治疗膝骨性关节炎应合理化、个性化应用。 |

| objective：To study the latest research progress of knee osteoarthritis anti-inflammatory drugs. Methods：Consult the recent 10 years related literatures on CNKI net,combination with osteoarthritis treatment guidelines at home and abord and analysis the Knee Osteoarthritis anti-inflammatory drugs mechanism and clinical application. Results：The anti-inflammatory drugs treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis have a good effect,but also have side effects. Conclusion：The anti-inflammatory drugs therapy treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis should be rationalized、personalized applications. |
