| 【】目的：考察不同产地乌药质量差异,比较不同产地乌药资源,为乌药的质量标准提供一定的依据。方法：采用HPLC法测定不同产地乌药中乌药醚内酯、异乌药内酯及去甲异波尔定的含量。结果：不同产地乌药乌药醚内酯含量在2.23～7.47mg/g之间；异乌药醚内酯含量在3.28～16.13mg/g之间；去甲异波尔定含量在1.45～2.94mg/g之间。结论：不同产地的乌药中三种有效成分的含量差异较大。 |

| Objective：Observe and study the active ingredient in Lindera aggregate from different hatibats, Comparison of different origin of Lindera resources, provide a basis for the quality standard of Radix linderae.Method：HPLC method was used to determination the content in Lindera lactone Iso-Lindera lactone and Norisoboldine of different reginos’ Lindera aggregate Result： From different reginos of Radix Linderae, linderane content between 2.23 ~ 7.47mg/g, ISO linderane content between 3.28 ~ 16.13mg/g, Norisoboldine content between 1.45~2.94mg/g.
