| 观察小檗碱对小鼠外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的治疗效果。方法 采用雌激素化+阴道灌洗白假丝酵母菌菌液，构建外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病小鼠模型。实验分为正常组、模型组、实验组（小檗碱低、中、高剂量）和制霉菌素组。干预10天，在接菌后的4d、7d、14d不同的时间点分别从症状、特征、微生物学检测、组织病理学改变进行观察。结果 各治疗组在症状、特征、微生物学检测、组织病理学上较模型组均有不同程度改善：感染的症状、体征消失或减轻，真菌载量、镜检菌丝较模型组明显下降（P<0.01），阴道组织内菌丝和白细胞也明显减少或消失，其中高剂量组和制霉菌素组效果类似，明显优于低剂量组（P<0.01）。结论 小檗碱能有效的治疗雌激素化小鼠外阴阴道假丝酵母病。 |

| ABSTRACT：Objective To observe the effect of berberine on the treatment about vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC) mice.Methods Using estrogen and vaginal lavage fluid of white candida fungus, Build the vulva vagina candida disease mouse model . Experiment is divided into normal group, model group, the experimental group (lower, middle and high dose berberine) and nystatin group. Treatment for 10 days. In 4 days 、7 days 、14 days after inoculation, observe the symptoms、characteristics、microbiology test and histopathological changes . Results Compared with the model group the treatment groups in the symptom, characteristics, microbiology test and histopathological changes were improved obviously :The signs and symptoms of infection disappear or reduce ;Compared with model group fungal microscopic examination of the loads, hyphae significantly decreased （P <0.01）; Mycelia and white blood cells from vaginal tissue are significantly reduced or disappeared;The effect of high dose group and nystatin group were similar ; The treatment effect of high dose group was obviously better than low dose group （P <0.01）. Conclusion Berberine can effectly treat the estrogen vulva vagina candida disease in mice . |
