| 摘要：目的：观察针刺联合降脂益智颗粒治疗轻度认知功能障碍的临床疗效。方法：从诊断为轻度认知功能障碍患者中辨证为痰瘀型的120例患者作为研究对象，随机分为针刺组、中药组、针药联合组、西药组四组，应用简易智力状态检查量表（MMSE）进行评估。结果：针药联合组与针刺组、中药组、西药组相比，MMSE量表评分均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；针刺组、中药组与西药组三组组间比较，MMSE量表评分差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：在四种治疗方法中，针刺联合降脂益智颗粒治疗痰瘀型轻度认知功能障碍效果最好。 |

| Abstract: Objective: Evaluate the efficacy of treatment combining acupuncture with Jiangzhi Yizhi granule on mild cognitive impairment. Methods: A total of 120 participants with mild cognitive dysfunction syndrome were enrolled, of whom are diagnosed as a phlegm and static blood type. They were randomly divided into four groups, which is acupuncture group, Chinese medicine group, acupuncture-Chinese medicine combined group and Western medicine group. The Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) was applied for evaluating of the result. Results: Comparing acupuncture-Chinese medicine combined group with other three groups respectively, MMSE scale scores were all statistically significant (P <0.05); Among the acupuncture group, Chinese medicine group and western medicine group these three group, MMSE Scale scores showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Findings provide preliminary support that, within listed four methods, acupuncture combined with Jiangzhi Yizhi granule can be considered as better contributing to the treatment for phlegm and static blood type of mild cognitive impairment. |
