| 目的：观察中西医结合治疗机械通气伴胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效。方法：将机械通气伴胃肠功能障碍的慢性阻塞性肺疾病40例患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用西医综合治疗加生大黄10-30g温开水泡汁，取150ml鼻饲，早晚各一次。对照组采用单纯西医综合治疗。两组均在治疗三天后，检查血液及记录临床疗效。结果：西医综合治疗加生大黄对改善患者腹胀、进食、排空及减少返流疗效显著，能降低腹内压，改善肾功能，增加尿量，改善动脉血气结果（P＜0.05）。结论：西医综合治疗加生大黄治疗机械通气伴胃肠功能障碍的慢性阻塞性肺疾病效果良好，值得推广应用。 |

| Abstract: objective:To observe the clinical effect of combined use of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) and Western Medicine(WM) therapy forgastrointestinal dysfunction complicatingmechanical ventilation.
Method: 40 patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction complicating mechanical ventilation in thechronic obstructive pulmonary diseasewere randomly divided into treatmentgroup(n=20) and control group(n=20).The patients in treatment group received western medicine and 150ml warm boiled waterin which contains 10-30g raw rhubarbby nasal feedingtwice daily, and those in control group receivedwestern medicine alone. The theraputic effect was evaluated after treatment at day 3.
Results:Compared with control group, combination of TCM and WMobviouslyimprove clinical symptom such asabdominal distension, anorexia, tympany of stomach and regurgitation. In addition, combination ofTCM and WM reduce the intra-abdominal pressure, increase urination, significantly improve arterial blood gases and renal function(P<0.05).
Conclusion:Thecombination of raw rhubarb and west medicine therapy for gastrointestinal dysfunction complicating mechanical ventilation in thechronic obstructive pulmonary disease is better than that use western medicine only. It is worthy of popularization and application. |
