| 【】目的：观察火针、电针结合排刺与单纯西药在治疗带状疱疹急性期的疗效差异。方法：将50位患者随机分为火针、电针结合排刺组(治疗组)及单纯西药组(对照组),治疗组于就诊当天给予火针、电针及排刺治疗,对照组于就诊当天开始口服西药,两组均每天1次,共治疗10天, 1个疗程后进行评价。结果：治疗组更能缓解患者疼痛症状、加速皮损结痂的发生,同时减少后遗症的发生率。结论：治疗组疗效优于对照组。 |

| 【】Object: compare the difference of the curative effect of fire-needle electro acupuncture and row acupuncture to western medicine for acute herpes zoster.Method:50 patients were divided into two groups in random: the treatment group with the therapy of fire-needle electro acupuncture and row acupuncture, the control group with western medicine, the treatment of the two groups began the day when the patients came to see the doctor, the two groups took the therapy every day and had total 10 times, after one course of treatment, we evaluated the curative effect.
