      目的 回顾性分析我院2年的中段尿培养病原菌的分布和耐药性,为临床合理选用抗生素提供可靠的依据。方法 采用梅里埃ATB系统进行细菌鉴定和药物敏感试验采,应用WHNET5.6软件进行数据统计分析。结果 1819份尿培养共分离出病原菌584株,以革兰阴性菌为主为448株(76.7%),其中大肠埃希菌感染率最高 ;革兰阳性菌105株(18.0%),以肠球菌最常见为65株(11.1%);真菌31株(5.3%)。革兰阴性菌对头孢类药物的耐药性较高,而对碳青霉烯类抗菌药物的敏感率仍处于首位,无耐药株。结论 定期监测和分析病原菌种类分布及其耐药性变迁,对于控制耐药菌株传播,规范临床合理使用抗菌药物治疗尿路感染具有重要意义。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate pathogens and their drug – resistance in urine culture performed in our hospital in the recent 2 years in order o provide information for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Pathogen identification and susceptibility were examined with ATB microorganism analysis system. Using the WHONET5.6 software for statistical analysis. Results A total of 584 isolates were obtained from 3018 urine culters ,the positive rate was 32.1%. Grame-negative bacteria accounted for 76.7%, the most wae E.coli; Grame- positive bacteria accounted for 18.0%, the most was enterococcus; Fungus accounted for 5.3%. Grame-negative bacteria had higher drug-resistance to cephalosporins and lower drug-resistance to carbapenems.Conclusion Analyzing the antibiotic resistance and distribution of pathogens can control the spread of drug resistant strain. It is of great significance in the treatment of urinary tract infections to standardize the use of antibiotics.
