| 【】目的 观察参麦注射液治疗扩张型心肌病合并慢性心衰患者的临床疗效和生活质量改善情况。方法 对符合纳入标准的60例扩张性心肌病合并慢性心衰患者随机分为2组,观察组和对照组每组各30例,对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在常规药物治疗的基础上,加用100ml/d的参麦注射液静滴,治疗两周后分别进行两组心衰疗效的比较,测定心输出量(CO)和射血分数(EF)、6min步行试验(6MWT)、血清脑钠肽(BNP)水平的变化,并且进行明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量问卷(MLHFQ)。结果 观察组治疗两周后临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),CO和EF、6MWT距离高于对照组(P<0.05)；MLHFQ积分和血清BNP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 参麦注射液能明显改善扩张型心肌病合并慢性心衰患者的心功能,提高患者活动耐量,改善临床症状,并且提高患者的生活质量。 |

| Objective To observe and evaluate the curative effects and quality of life of Shenmai Injection in the treatment of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) combined with chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods 60 patients with DCM combined with CHF Included in the standard were randomly divided into two groups: Shenmai treatment group and control group, each group of 30 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine. On the basis of conventional treatment, patients in Shenmai treatment group received Shenmai Injection 100ml/d. After two weeks of treatment, the curative effect of heart dailure, cardiac output(CO) and ejection fraction (EF),6-minitue walking test (6MWT), serum natriuretic peptide (BNP),and life quality score(MLHFQ) of 2 groups were compared.Results The significant effective rate and total effective rate of the Shenmai treatment group were higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).CO and EF,6MWT were improved after Shenmai Injection treatment, and was superior to the control group (P<0.05).MLHFQ scores and the serum level of BNP were lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Shenmai Injection can obviously improve the cardiac function , increase the activity tolerance,improve the clinical manifestations and life quality of patients with DCM combined with CHF based on conventional therapy. |
