| 目的:观察不同血瘀证亚型下, Balb/c小鼠移植瘤及肺转移灶中4T1细胞的迁移及侵袭能力。方法：将小鼠随机分为单纯荷瘤组、寒凝血瘀荷瘤组、热毒血瘀荷瘤组,通过划痕试验、transwell迁移及侵袭试验来检测移植瘤及肺转移灶中4T1细胞迁移及侵袭能力。结果：在同一造模组中,肺转移灶4T1细胞迁移及侵袭能力均强于移植瘤中4T1细胞(P<0.05)。移植瘤及肺转移灶中不同造模组迁移及侵袭能力组间比较分别存在差异(P<0.05)。结论：不同血瘀证亚型对小鼠移植瘤及肺转移灶中4T1细胞迁移及侵袭能力存在不同影响。 |

| Objective：To investigate the migration and invasion of mice cell line 4T1 in Balb/c mice with Transplanted Tumor and lung metastatic with different subtypes of blood stasis syndrome.Methods: Nine Balb/c mice were equally randomized into 3 groups: cancer group,cold coagulation blood stasis-cancer group, heat toxin blood stasis-cancer group.The migration and invasion abilities of the cells in transplanted tumor and lung metastatic were detected with Wound healing assays, Transwell migration and invasion assays.Results: In the same modeling group, the migration and invasion abilities of the cells in lung metastatic were significantly higher than that in transplanted tumor(P<0.05). In different modeling group, the migration and invasion abilities of the cells in transplanted tumor and lung metastatic were respectively different (P<0.05).Conclusion: Different subtypes of blood stasis syndrome have different effects on the migration and invasion of mice cell line 4T1 in Transplanted Tumor and lung metastatic. |
