| 目的:观察火针治疗肩周炎临床不同证型的疗效差异。方法：将肩周炎分为风寒湿型、瘀滞型、气血虚型,随机从各证型患者中随机选取43例患者进行研究,分别组成风寒湿组、瘀滞组、气血虚组。对所有患者施以火针疗法治疗,采用VAS评分法及肩关节功能评价方案,对比3组患者间的临床疗效。结果：治疗后,3组患者VAS疼痛评分两两比较,差异均无有统计学意义(P＞0.05)；3组患者肩关节运动功能评分两两比较,差异均无有统计学意义(P＞0.05)；3组患者的显效率及有效率分别两两比较,差异均无有统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：火针疗法治疗肩周炎患者的临床疗效显著,但火针治疗肩周炎的临床疗效与临床分型并无显著的关联性。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of fire needle therapy on scapulohumeral periarthritis of different syndromes. Method Selected wind cold dampness, stasis, Qi and blood deficiency patients with 43 cases in each, impose fire needle therapy on the all patients by VAS score and shoulder joint function evaluation scheme, compared three groups of patients with clinical curative effect.. Result After treatment, there was no significant difference between the 3 groups of patients with VAS pain score (P, 0.05); the 3 groups had no statistical significance (P > 0.05); the effective rate and efficiency of the 3 groups were compared with each other, the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05).. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of fire needle therapy in treatment of periarthritis of shoulder were significant, but the clinical curative effect and the clinical type has no significant relevance. |
