| 目的：探讨高血压中医证型与血压晨峰的关系。方法：纳入100例具有血压晨峰的高血压患者,观察不同中医证型的血压晨峰、血脂、动脉粥样硬化情况。结果：100例具有血压晨峰的高血压患者的中医证型以痰湿壅盛证型为多。血压晨峰峰值升高幅度以痰湿壅盛组最高,肝火亢盛组次之。痰湿壅盛组高血压患者动脉粥样硬化阳性率高、颈动脉内膜厚度最明显。结论：不同中医证型的高血压患者血压晨峰存在显著差异,通过中医辨证分型可以判断靶器官损害及预后,揭示了血压晨峰的监测可作为高血压病中医辨证分型的客观指标。 |

| Objective: To investigate the relationship between TCM syndrome types of hypertension and morning blood pressure peak.Methods: included in 100 hypertensive patients with morning blood pressure peak , observing the morning blood pressure peak, blood lipid and atherosclerosis in different TCM syndrome types. Results: The TCM Syndromes of 100 cases of hypertensive patients with morning blood pressure peak in phlegm dampness type is more. Morning blood pressure peak increased to phlegm dampness was highest, hyperactivity of liver fire group was second. The most obvious positive rate of hypertension in patients with atherosclerosis Sheng group phlegm dampness, carotid artery intima-media thickness. Conclusion: there are significant differences in morning blood pressure surge in different TCM Syndromes of hypertension, and can be used to determine the target organ damage and prognosis. |
