| [目的]在有噪声背景的图像中确定出视网膜血管的边界。[方法]本项目主要针对方向图的生成,方向滤波的降噪处理等关键技术进行研究,取得比较完整的血管边缘图像,利用图像处理的方法对视网膜血管图像的相关参数进行定性和定量分析。[结果]基于方向滤波的边缘抽取方法能有效得提取到视网膜大部分血管,且正确率较高。[结论]眼底视网膜血管边缘的抽取是边缘检测的具体应用,在临床眼科具有实际的意义。 |

| [objective] The boundary of retinal blood vessels is determined in a noisy background. [Methods] this project mainly aimed at the generation of directional pattern, the direction of noise reduction processing and other key technologies to study, to obtain a relatively complete blood vessel edge image, the use of image processing method for retinal blood vessel image parameters for qualitative and quantitative analysis. The edge extraction method based on directional filtering can effectively extract most blood vessels, and the correct rate is higher.
