| 目的 分析某“全国综合医院中医药工作示范单位”清热解毒类中药饮片使用,了解该院中医药工作情况。方法 应用Excel软件对嘉兴市第一医院2012-2014年清热解毒类中药饮片的使用数量和金额进行排序统计分析。 结果 嘉兴市第一医院清热解毒类中药饮片总用量及总金额逐年增加,但不同品种之间有差异。 结论 2012-2014年嘉兴市第一医院清热解毒类中药饮片用量与金额增长明显,其所占中药饮片总用量、总金额的比例亦呈增长趋势；开展使用情况分析有助于临床用药趋势判断,为饮片合理应用及采购管理提供参考依据。 |

| Objective To analyze the use of Chinese herbal medicine in a work demonstration unit of Chinese medicine in the National General Hospital, and to understand the work of Chinese medicine in the hospital. Methods Excel software was used to sort and analyze the quantity and amount of Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces in the first hospital of Jiaxing from 2012 to 2014. Results The total Count and amount of Chinese herbal medicine for clearing heat-toxicity were increased year by year, but there were differences among different varieties in the first hospital of Jiaxing. Conclusion The dosage and amount of Chinese herbal medicine for clearing heat-toxicity were increased obviously in the first hospital of Jiaxing from 2012 to 2014, which accounted for the proportion of the dosage and amount of Chinese herbal medicine also showed an increasing. To carry out the analysis of the clinical drug trendsShas contributed to use trend judgment of Chinese herbal pieces application and to provide reference for the purchase management. |
