      [目的]探究嗅觉障碍与帕金森病痴呆之间的生理病理联系,进一步从分子、细胞和系统水平加深对帕金森痴呆阶段嗅觉障碍的理解。[方法]通过横向研究收集整理国内外对帕金森病痴呆与嗅觉障碍相关关系的研究成果,并对其进行系统的综述。[结果]帕金森痴呆患者难以早期预测诊断,帕金森痴呆的病理改变多可在嗅觉功能相关脑区被检测到,重症嗅觉减退可用作生物标识介入以改善帕金森病痴呆的预后。且嗅觉检测方法具有简便、耗费低、无创伤等优点。[结论]嗅觉障碍与帕金森病痴呆的深入研究将增加我们临床检测的敏锐度,有助于两者相关致病机制的阐明,并引导新治疗方法的研发。
英文摘要:
      [Objective] To explore the physiological and pathological connection between olfactory dysfunction and dementia in Parkinson"s disease . To deepen the understanding of dementia in Parkinson"s disease from the molecular, cellular and systems levels. [Method] Through the cross-sectional study, I have collected several research results related to the relationship between dementia in Parkinson"s disease and olfactory dysfunction,and then reviewed it. [Results] It’s difficult to predict the onset of dementia in Parkinson"s disease in early stages,the pathology of the disease can be detected in a lot of olfactory function-related brain areas. Severe hyposmia can be used as biomarkers to improve the prognosis of dementia in Parkinson"s disease. Furthermore olfactory detection method is simple, low cost and non-invasive. [Conclusion] Depth study of the contact between olfactory dysfunction and dementia in Parkinson"s disease will increase the sensitivity of our clinical testing, help to clarify the correlation between the two pathogenic mechanisms, and guide the development of new treatment methods.
