| 目的：中药虎杖具有广泛的药理作用,近年来虎杖在高血压、炎症、感染和癌症等疾病尤其是肺纤维化治疗方面的应用备受关注。本文从临床和实验角度综述虎杖的药理作用,重点探讨虎杖抗肺纤维化的研究进展。方法：回顾古籍和查阅PUBMED等数据库里的现代文献。结果：虎杖具有抗感染、抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗纤维化等药理作用,虎杖抗纤维化作用的机制研究集中在细胞分子层面。结论：系统总结虎杖药理作用,基于中医理论和现代对肺纤维化发病机制的认识进一步探索虎杖的抗纤维化作用机制十分重要。 |

| Objective Polygonum cuspidatum with a wide spectrum of pharmacological effects has been used for treatment of hyperlipemia, inflammation, infection and cancer, etc. It’s a review of pharmacology of polygonum cuspidatum from the perspective of clinical and experimental particularly in anti-fibrosis function. Methods Review of ancient books and access to modern literature of databases such as PUBMED. Results Polygonum cuspidatum has functions such as anti-infection, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anticancer, anti-fibrosis, and the research of anti-fibrosis effect focused on the cell and molecular mechanism. Conclusion It is important to summary pharmacology of polygonum cuspidatum systematically for exploring its pathogenesis to pulmonary fibrosis. |
