| 【摘要】目的：探讨控制血糖对冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG) 术后并发症的影响。方法：回顾分析2013年1月～2014年10月我院96例CABG术后入住监护室的患者，根据术前是否合并糖尿病分为糖尿病组（DM组）36例及非糖尿病组（NDM组）60例。术后监测患者的血糖，并给予胰岛素严格控制血糖，分析两组血糖变化与术后并发症的关系。结果：两组患者在切口并发症（DM组：11.11%；NDM组8.33%；P>0.05）、肺部并发症（DM组：5.56%；NDM组5.0%；P>0.05）、肾功能不全（DM组：2.78%；NDM组1.67%；P>0.05）、神经系统并发症（DM组：2.78%；NDM组3.33%；P>0.05）、心律失常（DM组：13.89%；NDM组13.33%；P>0.05）差异无显著意义。结论：两组患者行CABG围手术期严格控制血糖<11.1mmol/L(200mg/dl)，可明显降低术后并发症。 |

| Objective To explore the impact of glucose control after coronary artery bypass grafting in post-operative complications. Methods From January 2013 to October 2014,96 patients who entered intensive care unit (ICU) of our hospital after CABG were analyzed. They were divided into diabetic group (n=36) and non-diabetic group (n=60) depended on if the patients with diabetes or not.All patients with post-operative monitoring of blood glucose and were treated with insulin for hyperglycemia,and the relationship between blood glucose levels and post-operative complications was analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the incision wound complication (DM group 11.11%, NDM group 8.33%,P >0.05),Pulmonary complications (DM group 5.56%,NDM group 5.0%,P >0.05),Renal insufficiency(DM group 2.78%,NDM group 1.67%,P >0.05) ,Neurological complications (DM group 2.78% , NDM group 3.33%,P >0.05),and arrhythmia (DM 13.89% , NDM 13.33%,P >0.05) between the two groups. Conclusion Strict glucose control < 11.1 mmol/L in perioperative period would reduce post-operative complications between the two groups. |
