| 研究目的：观察针灸结合康复运动训练治疗脑卒中恢复期足下垂的疗效。研究方法：将符合标准的80例自愿参加本研究的患者随机分为A组(对照组)和B组(治疗组),两组均为40人,A组(对照组)进行常规运动康复训练治疗,B组(治疗组)在运动康复训练的基础上进行针灸治疗。运用改良Ashworth量表评定足下垂侧踝关节跖屈时小腿后主要肌群(主要为小腿三头肌)肌张力大小,运用改良Lovett肌力测定法评定足下垂侧小腿前主要肌群(主要为胫前肌)肌力,运用改良Barthel指数评定患者日常生活能力,运用Carr-shepherd步行评定量表评定患者步行能力,运用Berg平衡量表评定患者平衡能力。研究结果：两组均能不同程度上改善脑卒中恢复期足下垂症状,改善脑卒中患者日常生活能力,治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0．05)。研究结论：针灸结合康复运动训练治疗更有助于脑卒中恢复期足下垂患者的功能恢复,提高此类患者的生存质量,且效果优于单纯运动康复训练。 |

| Objective: To observe the efficacy of acupuncture combined with rehabilitative technology on foot drop after stroke.Methods: eighty patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into two groups，with 40 cases in each group.Group A and Group B.Group A(control group) was treated by regular rehabilitation therapy, Group B (treatment group) was treated by acupuncture treatment with rehabilitation therapy.Assessment about the muscle tension of the calf muscles when Ankle was equinused ,were performed before and after the treatment by Ashworth Scale. Assessment about the Muscle strength of the calf muscles were performed before and after the treatment by Lovett Scale. Assessment about daily living skills were performed before and after the treatment by Barthel Scale. Assessment about Walking ability were performed before and after the treatment by carr-shepherd Scale.Assessment about balance ability were performed before and after the treatment by Berg Balance Scale. Results: After treatment，the Symptoms of foot drop in the both groups were Improved compared with those at pretreatment (P<0．05)，and the daily living skills in patients with stroke were improved. The parameters in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with rehabilitative technology on foot drop after stroke was more efective than routine rehabilitation therapy in improving walking ability in stroke patients with foot drop． |
