| [目的] 总结名老中医宋康教授治疗风咳的临床经验。[方法]跟师随诊,通过归纳案例,对宋康教授治疗风咳的理论及方法进行整理及分析。[结果] 宋康教授将风咳分为发作期和缓解期，发作期治以宣肺祛风，药用前胡、苏子，蝉蜕、僵蚕等；缓解期治以益肺健脾补肾，药用太子参、茯苓；制黄精、制玉竹等；并根据四时节气随证加减。[结论] 宋康教授认为风咳是表现为“风”性的一类疾病，以“风邪犯肺，肺失宣降”为主要病机，治疗上以“祛风”为主，辅以调理脏腑，临证善用药对，疗效显著。 |

| Objective:To summarize the clinical experience of Professor Song Kang on treating anemogenous cough.Method：To collect and analyse the theory and methodology of Pro.Song’s clinical treatment on anemogenous cough by studying from him and summing up the treatment of patients. Result：Qianhu and Suzi,Chantui and Jiangchan were used to ventilate pulmonary qi and expel wind in treating anemogenous cough during attack stage,while Taizishen and Fuling,Zhihuangjing and Zhiyuzhu were used to tonify lung,spleen and kindey in remission.Also Pro.Song prescribed with the addition and subtraction according to the different solar terms.Conclusion：Pro.Song consideres that anemogenous cough is a kind of disease characterized by nature of“wind”.The main pathogenesis is that“Pathogenic wind invade the lungs,then result in adverse rising and obstruction of pulmonary qi”.The method of treating anemogenous cough is based on “expelling wind” as well as “regulating zang-fu organs”.Also he is good at using medical pairs in clinic and the effect is remarkable. |
