| 目的:对PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折围手术期隐性失血进行量化研究。方法：回顾性研究我院自2013-1-1至2014-12-31符合纳入标准和排除标准的19例患者的病例资料,采用OSTHEO公式计算隐性失血量。结果：19例研究对象中,术中出血量平均110.53±84.42ml；出血总量平均896.78±309.99ml；隐性失血量平均769.41±284.80ml。结论：PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折,患者围手术期隐性失血量达到769.41±284.80ml,占失血总量的85.80%,应引起高度重视并及时纠正贫血,减少并发症。 |

| Objective: To investigate the hidden hemorrhage during treatment of intertrochanteric fracture with proximal femoral nail antirotation. Methods: Through analysis on the 19 cases of intertrochanteric fracture be up to the standard from 2013-1-1 to 2014-12-31,to compute hidden hemorrhage with OSTHEO formula. Results:Of 19 cases, the intraoperative blood loss was 110.53±84.42ml;the total blood loss was 896.78±309.99ml;the hidden hemorrhage was 769.41±284.80ml.Conclusions: During the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture with PFNA, the hidden hemorhage was 769.41±284.80ml(85.80%).So it is very important to anemia correction during peripostoperative period in order to decrease the risk of complications. |
