| 【】目的：研究家兔视网膜静脉阻塞(retinal vein occlusion, RVO)模型中血小板源性生长因子C(platelet-derived growth factor-c,PDGF-C)表达、作用及参与RVO新生血管形成的相关机制。方法：通过氩激光光凝建立视网膜静脉阻塞家兔模型,确认造模成功,观察结束后分别在1周,2周及4周三个时相点处死家兔,采取标本,利用H-E染色观察病理改变,通过免疫组化观察PDGF-C蛋白表达情况。 |

| 【】Objective: To study the expression of Platelet-derived Growth Factor-c (PDGF-C) in RVO , and to investigate the effect of PDGF-C in RVO and the possible mechanism in the pathogenesis of retinal neovascularizatio. Methods: RV0 of rabbit model was established with argon laser photocoagulation. Confirm the success of the rabbit model. After the 1 th week, 2 th week, and 4 th week, the rabbits were sacrificed. The pathological changes were observed by H-E staining. The expression of PDGF-C protein was observed by immunohistochemistry. |
