| [目的]：分析胰腺囊性肿瘤的MRI表现,以提高对此类肿瘤的认识。[方法]：回顾性分析本院15例经手术或穿刺病理证实的胰腺囊性肿瘤的MRI表现,包括肿瘤位置、形态、内部结构,评价各肿瘤间的影像学差异。[结果]：(1)位置：头颈部8例,其中神经内分泌肿瘤2例、实性假乳头状瘤2例、浆液性囊腺瘤3例,海绵状血管瘤1例；体尾部7例,浆液性囊腺瘤1例,粘液性囊腺瘤3例、神经内分泌肿瘤2例、实性假乳头状瘤1例；(2)形态：肿瘤形态呈类圆形结节或肿块者14例；呈不规则形1例；(3)内部结构：MRI平扫提示肿瘤信号不均匀者15例。增强扫描后肿瘤间隔及边缘强化者7例,不均匀强化者8例。[结论]：胰腺囊性肿瘤的位置、形态、内部结构表现具有一定的特征性,仔细观察这些征象有助于对其进行诊断及鉴别诊断。 |

| [Obeject] The MRI findings of pancreatic cystic tumors were analyzed to improve the understanding of the tumors. [Methods] A retrospective analysis of MRI findings of 15 cases of pancreatic cystic tumors confirmed by surgery or biopsy at our hospital was conducted, including tumor locations, shapes, and internal structures. The differences in imageology among the tumors were evaluated. [Results] (1) locations: eight cases located in the head and neck parts, including two cases of neuroendocrine tumors, two cases of solid pseudopaillary tumor, three cases of serous cystadenoma, and one case of cavernous hemangioma; and seven cases located in the body tail parts, including one case of serous cystadenoma, three cases of mucinous cystadenomatous, two cases of neuroendocrine tumors, and one case of solid pseudopaillary tumor; (2) shapes: thirteen four cases of tumor were round nodules or lumps; and one case was irregularly shaped; and (3) internal structures: MRI plain scan indicated 15 cases with uneven tumor signal. After the enhanced scanning, there was seven cases with interval and edged enhancement, and eight cases with uneven enhancement. [Conclusion] The findings of pancreatic cystic tumor locations, shapes, and internal structures presented a certain characteristic; and careful observation of these signs can help conduct diagnosis and differential diagnosis. . |
