| 目的：观察和胃接骨饮对老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折疗效的影响。方法：自2011 年7 月至2015 年7 月，将50例老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者随机分为试验组和对照组，均行体外充气复位，实验组复位后予口服和胃接骨饮及钙尔奇D 治疗，疗程2个月；对照组复位后口服钙尔奇D 治疗，疗程2个月。记录并比较两组患者治疗前后VAS 评分、骨密度值及骨折愈合情况。结果：实验组和对照组各有1 例患者中途退出试验。余所有病例获得随访，时间2～6个月，平均4.2个月。与对照组比较，实验组患者VAS 评分明显逐渐降低（F＝98．256，P＜0．01），且复位后2个月骨密度值明显高于对照组（P＜0．05）；实验组患者临床骨折愈合率高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：和胃接骨饮能提高老年胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者骨密度值，同时减轻骨折后疼痛，促进骨折愈合及功能恢复。 |

| Objective：To observe the efficacy of He wei Jie gu （和胃接骨） decoction and diaplastic device on elderly thoracolumbar spine fractures。 Methods：From July 2011 to July 2015，50 elderly patients with thoracolumbar spine fractures were randomly divided into two groups． After use the diaplastic device ，the The patients in experimental group were treated with He wei Jie gu decoction and Caltrate D in oral，2 month． Meanwhile，the patients in control group were treated with Caltrate D in oral，2 month． The VAS score， BMD value before and after treatment，fracture healing were recorded and compared． Results：Tow patients were sign out. The rest patients were followed up from 2 to 6 months with an average of 4.2 months． Compared with the control group，the VAS score of the experimental group had an obviously reduction （F＝98．256，P＜0．01） after treatment；the BMD value at 2 months after treatment in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group （P＜0．05）；the fracture healing rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group （P＜0．05）． Conclusion：He wei Jie gu decoction can reduce postoperative pain and increase bone mineral density of elderly thoracolumbar spine fractures，promote the fracture healing and functional recovery． |
