| 【】 目的 评价Coulter LH750血细胞分析仪有核红细胞(NRBC)报警提示的可靠性,探讨其临床应用价值。方法 采用仪器自动化检测和显微镜镜检计数法分别对293例外周血中仪器检测到NRBC报警的临床血液样本进行检测。分组对两种方法检测的阳性符合率进行比较。结果 仪器NRBC计数低、中、高值三组间仪器检测和血涂片镜检的阳性符合率有显著性差异,其中高值范围两者符合率较高；成人组与婴儿组仪器检测与镜检的NRBC阳性符合率无显著差异；HGB≥90g/L和HGB＜90g/L两组仪器检测结果与镜检阳性符合率有显著统计学意义,HGB＜90g/L组阳性符合率高,达63%。结论 Coulter LH750对NRBC的自动化检测的准确性较高。对仪器检测提示NRBC高值及病理标本,应重视NRBC的血涂片镜检。 |

| 【】 Objective To evaluate the reliability of automatic nucleated red blood cell(NRBC) count by Coulter LH750 blood cell analyzer and the clinical value.Methods The peripheral blood NRBC of 293 patients were counted by both Coulter LH750 automatic blood cell analyzer and manual method with microscope.Grouping the patients are and comparing the positive coincidence rate detected by two methods.Results The counting results of high value,medium value and low value had significant difference between the positive coincidence rate detected by manual and automatic methods,the coincidence rate of high value was higher than others.The counting results of child group and adult group had no significant difference.And there was statistical difference of the positive coincidence rate between two groups(HGB≥90g/L,HGB<90g/L),which the coincidence rate of HGB<90g/L ranked the first place,reached 63%.Conclusion The NRBC counting by the Coulter LH750 blood cell analyzer has a high accuracy.As for determine NRBC high value samples and some abnormal samples,we must paying great attention to microscopic examination of perpheral blood smear. |
