| 【】 目的：研究复方夏天无片在髋骨关节炎中的临床疗效及安全性。方法：本研究将2011年9月至2015年11月间92例患者(101髋)分为2组。K-L放射线分级法Ⅰ级12髋,Ⅱ级36髋,Ⅲ级46髋,Ⅳ级7髋,在相同的康复锻炼方法下实验组用复方夏天无片联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖,对照组单纯用硫酸氨基葡萄糖,收集治疗前后Harris评分及视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS评分)为疗效评价标准,设治疗后6个月及1年两个随访点,分别进行统计分析。结果：治疗前两组Harris评分分别为67.63±15.132及68.63±14.132,治疗后6个月及1年随访时Harris评分实验组为83.60±16.452和79.25±17.523,对照组为78.43±15.245和75.56±14.241,均显著高于治疗前(P＜0.05)；治疗前两组VAS评分分别为4.53±1.253及4.61±1.198,治疗后6个月及1年随访时实验组VAS评分分别为3.10±1.132和3.45±1.326,对照组评分分别为3.60±1.132和3.73±1.436,显著低于治疗前(P＜0.05),随访6个月及1年两组Harris评分及VAS评分差值有统计学意义(P＜0.05),实验组临床疗效优于对照组,两组的不良反应相比无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：本研究表明复方夏天无片联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖在治疗髋骨关节炎症状改善优于单纯使用硫酸氨基葡萄糖。复方夏天无片不良反应小,治疗安全性高,对治疗髋骨关节炎具有较好的疗效。 |

| 【】OBJECTIVE: To explore the efficacy and clinical safety of Compound Rhizoma Corydalis Decumbentis Combined with Glucosamine Sulfate in the treatment of hip joint osteoarthritis. METHODS: From September 2011 to November 2015,92 outpatients(101 hips) were randomly divided into two groups according to the use of Compound Rhizoma Corydalis Decumbentis Combined with Glucosamine Sulfate and Glucosamine Sulfate only. The two groups were treated with the same rehabilitative exercise.12 hips were in ClassⅠ, 36 hips were in ClassⅡ, 46 hips were in ClassⅢ, 7 hips were in ClassⅣ(K-L Radiographic scale).Harris Score and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)were employed to evaluate the therapeutic effect for 6 months and one year. RESULTS: The Harris score were 67.63±15.132 and 68.63±14.132 between the two groups before treatment. 83.60±16.452 6 months after, 79.25±17.523 one year later in the experimental group. Meanwhile, 78.43±15.245 6 months after, 75.56±14.241 one year later in the control group. The VAS score were 4.53±1.253and 4.61±1.198 between the two groups before treatment. 3.10±1.132 6 months after, 3.45±1.326 one year later in the experimental group. Meanwhile, 3.60±1.132 6 months after, 3.73±1.436 one year later in the control group. Statistically There was significant difference after 6 month and 1 year treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05). However, the efficacy of the experimental group was superior to the control group Statistically (P＜0.05). Medical adverse reaction had no difference between the two groups Statistically (P＞0.05).CONCLUSION: There were significant differences in efficacy between two groups in the treatment of hip joint osteoarthritis. Compound Rhizoma Corydalis Decumbentis has little side effect and has good curative effect for hip osteoarthritis. |
