| 【】目的 探讨应用肌(皮)瓣联合载抗生素硫酸钙、自体骨植入一期治疗创伤性胫骨骨髓炎的的临床疗效。方法 自2011年1月至2014年12月入住我科的创伤性胫骨骨髓炎患者,共15例,所有病例行病灶清除术后,予肌(皮)瓣联合载抗生素硫酸钙、自体骨一期植入。结果 所有病例随访6-24月,除1例因感染复发行截肢,其余均治愈。结论 骨髓炎病灶清除术后一期予肌(皮)瓣联合载抗生素硫酸钙、自体骨植入治疗创伤性胫骨骨髓炎行之有效,值得临床推广。 |

| 【】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the combination of muscle flaps or flaps and contained antibiotic bone、autogenous bone graft to one-stage treat traumatic tibial osteomyelitis. Methods From January 2011 to December 2013,our department have total of 15 patients with traumatic tibial osteomyelitis. All patients underwent focal cleaning and postoperative treatment were implanted muscle flaps or flaps and contained antibiotic bone、autogenous bone with one- stage. Results All patients were followed up for 6-24 months, and were cured except one. The recrudescent one was amputation at last. Conclusion Being underwent focal cleaning,treating traumatic tibial osteomyelitis Contained antibiotic bone and autologous bone implants with muscle flaps or flaps to wound reparing in one stage, was effective, it was worthy of clinical spread. |
