| 目的 探讨喜炎平注射液、葡萄糖酸锌口服液联合治疗小儿迁延性腹泻的临床研究。方法 选取2014年1月-2015年6月收治的迁延性腹泻患儿96例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组48例和对照组48例,两组患儿进行常规治疗,包括口服ORS补液、补充电解质、纠正酸碱紊乱、蒙脱石散、布拉酵母菌散,观察组在常规治疗的基础上再给予喜炎平注射液、葡萄糖酸锌口服液联合治疗,喜炎平注射液0.2-0.4ml/(kg.d)加入5%的葡萄糖液100ml中静脉滴注,每日1次,连用5d。葡萄糖酸锌口服液10-20mg/d(以锌计算),2次/d,治疗2周。并随访6个月,观察并记录大便次数及性状复常时间,6个月复发次数。通过检测治疗前后血锌、免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)水平,评价两组临床疗效。结果 观察组的大便复常时间、大便复常时间均短于对照组(均P<0.05)；6个月复发次数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组的临床总有效率为93.8%,对照组为72.9%,(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后血锌、免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)水平均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 喜炎平注射液、葡萄糖酸锌口服液联合用药促进肠道粘膜的修复,调节免疫功能紊乱,提高机体免疫,缩短病程及降低复发,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective Clinical study of Xiyanping injection and oral zinc gluconate combined treatment of children with persistentdiarrhea.Methods 96 cases of children with persistent diarrhea from January 2014 -2015 June 2009,According to the random number table method is divided into observation group 48 cases and control group of 48 cases, Routine treatment was performed in two groups of children, ncluding oral ORS fluid and electrolyte supplement, correction of acid-base disorders, montmorillonite, Saccharomyces boulardii powder, On the basis of conventional treatment, the observation group was treated with Xi Yanping injection and zinc sulfate oral solution combined with Xi Yanping injection.0.2-0.4ml/（kg.d）.Intravenous infusion of 5% glucose solution 100ml,1times a day, used in conjunction with 5d. Zinc glucose acid zinc oral solution10-20mg/d. 2times a day for 14 days. Observe and record the times of stool frequency and characters, and the recurrence times of 6 months.Through the detection of serum zinc, immunoglobulin (IgA, IgG, IgM) levels before and after treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were evaluated.Results In the observation group, the bowel movement time, the bowel movement time were shorter than the control group (all P<0.05)；6 months of recurrence was significantly less than that of the control group (P<0.05)；The clinical total effective rate was 93.8% in the observation group and 72.9% in the control group (P<0.05)；The levels of serum zinc, immunoglobulin (IgA, IgG, IgM) in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05).Conclusion Xiyanping injection, zinc gluconate oral liquid combined with medication and promote the repair of intestinal mucosa, Regulating the immune function disorder, improving the body immunity, shorten the course of disease and reduce the recurrence, Worthy of clinical popularization and Application. |
