| 目的 观察解凝汤对晚期肩关节周围炎松懈术后对肩关节功能恢复的疗效观察。方法 选择诊断明确的晚期肩关节周围炎69例。随机分成3组：A组(23例)：肩关节松懈术加施佩特关节腔注射治疗组。B组(23例)：A组的基础上加妙纳片组。C组(23例)：A组的基础上加解凝汤组。观察解凝汤对晚期肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。结果 C组VAS评分及ROM的评定比较改善幅度大于其他2组(p<0．05),C组的治愈率及治愈显效率明显好于其他2组(P<0．001) 结论：解凝汤配合肩关节松懈术加施佩特关节腔注射治疗晚期肩关节周围炎的临床疗效优于单纯肩关节松懈术加施佩特关节腔注射治疗,同时也优于妙纳片配合肩关节松懈术加施佩特关节腔注射治疗。 |

| Objective Observed deflocculation soup for late around shoulder joint inflammation lax curative effect observation of postoperative function recovery of shoulder joint. Methods diagnosis clear around shoulder joint inflammation, 69 cases of late. Randomly divided into 3 groups: group A (23 cases) : shoulder joint lax surgery plus ShiPei articular cavity injection treatment group. Group B (23 cases) : on the basis of group A add wonderful piece of group. C group (23 cases) : on the basis of group A and group deflocculation soup. Observe deflocculation soup decoction of the clinical efficacy of late around shoulder joint inflammation. Results Group C VAS score and the ROM is used to evaluate the amplitude comparison is greater than the other two groups (p < 0.05), the cure rate of group C and cure significant efficiency is much better than the other two groups (p < 0.001) .Conclusion Solution coagulate soup with shoulder joint lax surgery plus ShiPei articular cavity injection in the treatment of late around shoulder joint inflammation curative effect is better than that of pure shoulder joint lax surgery plus ShiPei articular cavity injection treatment, at the same time also is better than the best natrium piece cooperate shoulder joint lax surgery plus ShiPei articular cavity injection treatment. |
