| 目的 探讨羟考酮缓释片联合华蟾素胶囊对恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛的生活质量的影响。方法 选取我院肿瘤科门诊及病房的90例恶性肿瘤骨转移患者随机分为治疗组45例和对照组45例。治疗组采用口服华蟾素胶囊联合羟考酮缓释片,对照组采用口服羟考酮缓释片,对比两组治疗前后癌性疼痛评分(NRS评分)、不良反应发生率、生活质量评分。结果 治疗组的总有效率为91.1% ,对照组为80.0%,不良反应发生率：治疗组为84.4% ,对照组为64.4%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),组间分析显示治疗组恶心呕吐不良反应多于对照组；治疗后生活质量评分：治疗前,治疗组评分(36.2±1.1)分,对照组评分(38.0±1.2)分,差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)；治疗后,治疗组评分(14.6±1.0)分,对照组评分(20.7±2.3)分,治疗后两组患者生活质量评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 羟考酮缓释片联合华蟾素胶囊对治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛效果较好,临床可广泛应用,但是要注意药物相关副作用的处理。 |

| Objective To investigate the influence of Oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets, together with Hua Chan Su Jiao Nang, on the life quality of the patients suffering the pain caused by Bone metastasis of malignant tumors. Method Ninety patients of Bone metastasis of malignant tumors from our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 45 patients for each group. Oral Oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets and Hua Chan Su Jiao Nang were applied to the patients of treatment group, while only Oral Oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets were applied to those in control group. After the treatment, compare the NRS , the rate of negative reaction and the score of life quality of these two groups before and after the treatment. Results The whole efficiency of the treatment group was 91.1%, while that of the control group was 80.0%. The rate of negative reaction: the treatment group was 84.4%, while the other group was 64.4%. The statistics of these two groups had relatively big difference in statistics（P<0.05), and the statistics analysis between the two groups showed that the negative reaction of the patients in treatment group, such as Nausea and vomiting,was more than the patients in control group. The score of the life quality after the treatment: Before the treatment, the score of the treatment group was 36.2±1.1，while the control group was 38.0±1.2,with the difference between them having no big value in Statistics（p>0.05); After the treatment, the score of the treatment group was 14.6±1.0,while the comparison was 20.7±2.3, so the scores of the life quality in both of the groups were higher than those before the treatment（P<0.05), and the score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with the difference having value in statistics(P<0.05). Conclusion Oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets, together with Hua Chan Su Jiao Nang, has a relatively good effect on treating the pain caused by Bone metastasis of malignant tumors, so it can be widely applied in clinic, but the method of dealing with the negative effects of the related medicine should be paid attention to. |
