      目的:观察补阳还五汤对L-蛋氨酸(L-met)致高脂血动物模型血脂的调节作用。方法:采用SD大鼠灌胃L-蛋氨酸溶液复制高脂血症大鼠模型,造模同时给予阿托伐他汀和不同剂量补阳还五汤干预,连续8周;在给药前、给药后2、4、8周检测各组大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-c)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL-c)水平并计算动脉粥样硬化指数(AI)。结果:L-蛋氨酸灌胃2周后,模型大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-c含量明显增高,动脉粥样硬化指数(AI)显著增大;补阳还五汤10、20 g/kg剂量能显著的降低模型大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-c水平及AI。结论:补阳还五汤对L-met致异常的血脂水平具有良好的调节作用,对动脉粥样硬化具有一定的防治作用。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the effect of Buyang Huangwu Decoction (BYHWT) on blood lipids regulating in rats with hyperlipidaemia induced by L-methionine. Methods: Hyperlipidaemia model rats were made by ig. L-methionine for 8 weeks on end, atorvastatin (0.01 g/kg) and BYHWT (5, 10, 20 g/kg) was administrated at the same time. At 2, 4, 6 and 8 week, blood samples were collected from venous sinus of eye-orbit in rats, and TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C levels in serum were measured by fully automatic biochemical analyser according to the kits instruction and atherosclerosis index (AI) was calculated. Results: After administrated by L-methionine for 2 weeks, the serum levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in model rats were increased significantly (P<0.05, P<0.01); BYHWT, with dosage of 10, 20 g/kg, could significantly lower the blood lipids level and AI (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusions: BYHWT has good effect on regulating blood lipids in rats with hyperlipidaemia induced by L- methionine and has certain preventive and therapeutic effect on atherosclerosis.
