| Cholera is characterized by sudden vomiting and diarrhea. Zhu Danxi learned the predecessor"s experience in the differentiation and treatment of cholera. The cause of cholera is internal stasis, external invasion, pathogenic fire, pathogenic wind and pathogenic damp. He distinguished heat syndrome with cold syndrome, dry cholera with wet cholera, as well as cholera twitch. Eliminate pathogenic qi by vomiting, and take use of the treatment based on syndrome differentiation. All above has important guiding significance for the later generations of traditional Chinese medicine to treat cholera. |
