| ［］ 红细胞分布宽度( red cell distribution width, RDW) 是指血液循环中红细胞大小的变异性,多用于对不同类型贫血的诊断及鉴别诊断。近年来,诸多研究表明RDW 增加与多种心血管事件的危险增加相一致,尤其是与老年心脑血管疾病存在着关联性。RDW与高血压病、冠心病、心力衰竭、心律失常、脑卒中及动脉硬化等都存在一定的联系,或可作为一些心脑血管疾病的一项预后评估因子。 |

| RDW (red cell distribution width) refers to the size variability of red blood cells in the blood circulation , and more for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of different types of anemia.
Epidemiological surveys show that, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease has the characteristics of high incidence , high morbidity, high mortality in our elderly population .Along with the development of China's aging population, the elderly cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have become a heavy national burden. Simple, convenient, easy, inexpensive checking indicators for the diagnose and treatment process of the elderly cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease is yet to be found. In recent years, many studies have shown RDW increase is consistent with an increased risk of a variety of cardiovascular events, especially has some connection with the elderly cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. |
