| 目的：观察温针灸风池穴治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足（VBI）的临床疗效，为针灸治VBI提供临床证据。方法：将93例符合研究标准的VBI患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用温针灸风池穴治疗，对照组采用口服尼莫地平治疗，采用TCD及DARS评分系统评价患者临床疗效。结果：观察组治疗后，观察组患者的Vs （BA、LVA、RVA）、Vd（BA、LVA）、Vm（BA、LVA、RVA）、PI（RVA）均优于对照组患者，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗结束时及治疗后3月，观察组DARS评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学差异（P＜0.05）；治疗结束时，观察组患者的愈显率为78.7%，对照组愈显率为56.5%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：温针灸风池穴治疗VBI，发挥了针刺、艾灸及穴位的三重作用,有效地改善了患者的临床症状。 |

| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Vertebral - basilar artery insufficiency treatment by the Fengchi Acupuncture with Needle Warming Moxibustion,to provide clinical evidence for the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion for VBI .Methods:.93 patients met the study criteria of VBI were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group treated with Fengchi Acupuncture with Needle Warming Moxibustion,The control group treated with nimodipine .Use TCD and DARS to evaluate the clinical curative effect of the patients.Results:After the treatment,the observation group of（BA、LVA、RVA）、Vd（BA、LVA）、Vm（BA、LVA、RVA）、PI（RVA）were better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05);At the end of treatment and 3 months after treatment, DARS score of the observation group were lower than the control group, there were statistically significant difference (P < 0.05);At the end of treatment, the observation group markedly effective rate was 78.7%, the markedly effective rate of control group was 56.5%, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Fengchi Acupuncture with Needle Warming Moxibustion treatment VBI, plays a triple role of acupuncture, moxibustion and acupressure, and effectively improve the clinical symptoms. |
